Have you noticed that when you feel stress your pets tune in to that? You may see them cowering, or behaving badly and in an unusual way. The same happens when we are angry; they become aware of the situation, too.
Pets don't know why or how to react and get stressed as well.
When you feel under great pressure, try to spend some extra time with your furry
mate, or take your dog on an extra long romp -it can help relieve stress and get
some of that tense energy out of them, too.
Pets are very powerful for our mental and physical health; they can be our best partners to share long walks or a therapeutic massage which can boost our spirit and perk up our pets' mood.
And why not imitate our pets' morning routines and start the day with a long, downward-dog stretch? You may warm up your muscles and improve your blood flow. Pets can also give you good free yoga lessons.
Never look down on your pet's unconditional love and loyalty. Pets are always ready to do what they can to bring out the best in us. And our best way of showing our appreciation is treating them kindly, feeding them properly and taking them on holidays with us.
Fortunately there are plenty of pet friendly hotels all over the world and travelling with pets is no longer a problem. Therefore, next holidays don’t leave your pets at home; you will enjoy them the most, and they deserve it.
